This be Noël, one of my (several XD) characters for 's story, Dawn of the Zodiac (-->)~

Personality Noël comes off as snobby to a lot of people, but in reality she just has bad social skills, since she spends most of her time studying. She’s nice once you get to know her, but she often says things that come off as awkward or mean because she doesn’t really know any better. She also has difficulty dealing with her problems, and usually avoids them rather than confronting them.
Background Noël was adopted when she was two by a Japanese couple. She was left at the orphanage because her birth mother couldn’t take care of her (for several reasons). Noël knows that she’s adopted, but chooses not to tell anyone.
Other Stuff
Noël excels at two things: math and snowboarding. The former pretty much rules her time. Noel can do almost any math equation she comes across (and if she can’t, she figures it out fairly quickly), and has been offered many university scholarships because of her skills. However, she struggles in many of her other courses, particularly English, Art and Music. When she’s upset or anxious, she writes out complex equations to calm herself down, and she also reads math textbooks like novels.
Noël has glasses, but usually she wears contacts instead. She’ll wear her glasses if she’s not going anywhere, or at night after she takes her contacts out. Without her glasses/contacts, her vision is bad enough that she can’t read signs four feet in front of her (she’s nearsighted).
Noël is afraid of heights, bees, pool drains and snakes.
She's very thin, and is fairly pear-shaped. She has a small chest, tiny waist and fairly large hips. Noël doesn't like being the size she is, because she has issues finding clothes, and people like to point out how thin she is, which bothers her.
